Activity highlights:

Location: It is located at the Aquarium of the Rodadero, in the cove of Inca Inca, a place Accessible by Boat from Playa del Rodadero.

Experience: We provide you with an experience of immersion as you can see Sharks, Rays and other marine creatures swimming above and around you, allowing you to feel that you share their Marine world.

Purpose: In addition to being a Tourist attraction, the tunnel is intended to educate about the marine life and the importance of the conservation of ocean ecosystems.

Schedule of Activities:

The day starts with a departure by boat from the pier of the Rodadero between 8:45 am and 9:00 am heading to the Aquarium of Santa Martafor about 10min, allowing you to enjoy the panoramic view of the coast.

Once you enter the Aquarium, you will begin a guided tour of 1 hour and 30 minutes for museums, marine, cabinets, ponds, swimming pools, where you can appreciate the diversity of marine life present in these waters.

The visit to the new underwater tunnel is not to be missed, so we'll take you through it. Here you can see very close to different species of marine life.

Once you get out of the aquarium, you will be taken to enjoy the Dolphin Showwhere these marine mammals are you sure to delight with their skills and intelligence.

You can interact with the dolphins for a short time and this experience can take while in the site.

After the tour in the aquarium, we return to the boats to head to White beach around 11:15 am. The tour will not take more than 5 minutes to arrive.

Already in Playa Blanca you will be able to relax in the crystal clear and warm waters. If It is what you want you can hire additional activities directly on the beach: jet-Skiing, zip lining, Kayaking, Snorkeling or scuba Diving.

Remember that these activities are Optional and Not included.

Around 12:30 pm you can enjoy a typical Caribbean lunch. Recommendation it is best that you take your lunch before 1 PM, this will allow the attention and your experiences to flow.

The rest of the afternoon you can enjoy it as you please, whether it be in sports, or taking the sun. Around the 4:00 pm will begin the return to the dock of the Rodadero. However, if you prefer to return before, from 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm there are boats available. Every 30 minutes get a return, just as you will be informed as it is organized plan for your return.

Approximate duration of the tour at the Aquarium is a 1h 30 minutes, about 45 minutes tour of the different ponds. where you will meet more than 350 marine species, about 15 minutes in the dolphin Show.

Recommendations for Visitors

• Bathing suit and light clothing, comfortable. Also bring an extra set to change after the sea.
• Hat or cap, sunglasses with UV protection.
• Water resistant sunscreen, a high factor.
• Insect repellent.
• Towel and something to cover yourself after bath time.
• Waterproof pouch for storing phone, camera or electronic objects.
• Cash (COP), meals, tents, souvenirs... many places do not accept credit cards.
• Suitable footwear: sandals that can get wet, perhaps something that will protect the feet for walking on the beach or on the rocks if you're going to the aquarium.

Important:

Culture, respect and environment

• Keep the beach clean: do not throw garbage take your garbage if there is no where to place it.
• Respect the wildlife and flora: do not touch the animals if it is not allowed, not to tear corals, etc

Time and logistics

• Arrive early to the meeting point (spring, Rodadero etc) to avoid delays. The tours usually leave early.
• Check the timetable of the return. You are not going to stay beyond the time allowed if the boat back has closed times.

Precautions

• Use a life jacket if the boat is what is required. Security is important.
• Follow the instructions of the guides: both in the aquarium, to interact with wildlife or aquatic activities.
• Do not bring valuable items that may be lost with the wave conditions or in the water, such as earrings big, necklaces, pendants etc
• There are places that charge for lockers or storage space. Question if they are available.

Food and budget

• It carries enough water, because the sun is hitting it and maybe the posts drinks are away or more expensive.
• Check to see if the lunch is included in the tour or if you have to pay separately.

It takes some snack if you get hungry before or after lunch.
